This custom engineered and designed two-screen menu board is installed over each of five pairs of point-of-sale concession stations spanning 35.5 feet. Epicure Digital designed the promotions to maximize appetite appeal by producing and directing video, and minimizing the use of text or food and beverage logos. This menu engineering approach uses a simple and direct upsell strategy to speed decision making by customers.
